At Barong Warehouse, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our traditional Filipino attire and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your Barong or Filipiniana doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed garment with all original tags attached back into its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will process your full refund or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
